Magento how to call cms page in phtml file

Hi Friend's

How to call cms page content in phtml file.
Step:
1) Create cms page
2) Put this code in your phtml file (when you call cms page)
Code: <?php echo Mage::getModel('cms/page')->load('about-magento-demo-store','page_identifier')->getContent();?>

3) Change your page Url key to set your cms page URL Key
Ex. <?php echo Mage::getModel('cms/page')->load('contact','page_identifier')->getContent();?>
4) Save your phtml file
